RICH BROWN MIDI SUNDRESS is a soft, feminine favourite with a vintage feel and beautifully cut from stretch cotton. The sweetheart neckline features a shaped bust and fitted with our incredible corsetry boning to snatch the waist for an amazing silhouette. It has a pretty lace up back and is buttoned through the front to wear as open as you like. We love that this beautiful dress is fitted with pockets.

The midi skirt falls to a floaty finish making it ultra feminine and a garden party favourite. It zips to the left side for easy on and is fully lined for comfort.

Pre-Order Styles: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock styles, your delivery will not be arranged until ALL items are in stock. * Cancellation of pre-order items is strictly not accepted once your order has been placed. The expected delivery date on all pre-order styles is an estimate only, and is not considered a formal guarantee. For an unexpected delay in the delivery date which exceeds 10 business days, you will be notified via email and our customer care team will be more than happy to discuss your options.

Delivery Delays: During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse. These delays are out of the control of Bella Galvan. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may wish to contact the courier directly.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.We ship most of our items within 48 hours.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 9–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 9 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer sometimes. If your order is shipping to Brazil or Russia or other continents, it will take about 25 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer from time to time. Express shipping may take 4-8 business days to arrive in the destination.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Final Sale : Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Damaged Items : If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 3days.
For hygiene reasons : Bikini ; Swimwear ; Underwear ;Some ACC ( eg：earrings / stockings / Body piercing ect. )
Gift Cards : Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Shipping Charges : Shipping charges on orders are not refundable.

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.
It does not allow to return if the pink not remove label on the clothings is cutted off.

30 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the item you received and want to return it, you can file a claim for compensation with the following procedure.
Within 30 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.And you need to send back the items within 30 days after receiving the product.(We assume that the time when you receive the items is the time when the logistics track delivery).

We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
After receiving the returned item and checking that it do not affect secondary sales, we will refund (the shipping costs except).

How about your products which are not broken but you want to return because you change your mind about the purchase?
It depends on:
Your package is on the way. We have to charge the freight for our compensation. Send email to support@bellagalvan.com to get more details about the details of this return.(Return address&Expense, etc.)

You package is still in our warehouse. We can help you cancel your order without charging any fees.

If a defective/incorrect item is received, our responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one.
If a package is returned for destruction due to incorrect address/unclaimed, please send email to support@bellagalvan.com to verify the package status and get the appropriate solution.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
